Terms of Service
What you agree to when you use Zany Emote Fortnite, a fan-made AI tool that turns one photo into a Zany emote clip.
Last updated Oct 28, 2026
In force from 28 October 2026
These terms cover zanyemotefortnite.com and everything you make on it. Creating an account or generating a clip means you agree to them. If you would rather not, close the tab; no hard feelings.
The service in one paragraph
Zany Emote Fortnite animates a still photo. You upload a picture of one person, choose a version of the Zany dance, and a video model returns a short clip of that person performing it with the trend's audio. Machine learning is involved, so two photos never behave exactly alike and some renders miss.
Not connected to Epic Games
We are fans with a website, nothing more. Epic Games, Fortnite, TikTok and every creator whose post inspired a template have no part in running this site and have not approved it. Their names show up here only so people can tell what the tool is about.
Your account
- Account holders must be at least 18. Younger users need a parent or guardian to set things up and stay responsible.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your login counts as done by you.
- Accounts that abuse the service or these rules can be closed.
Credits
- Each clip uses 10 credits, whichever template you pick. Fresh accounts receive enough for one clip.
- Extra credits are sold as one-off packs. There is no subscription and nothing is charged again automatically.
- Credits you buy do not expire, cannot be swapped for cash and stay on the account that bought them.
- Pack prices may change in future; credits already on your balance are unaffected.
- Money-back rules live on the refund page.
What you may upload
Upload a picture only when you hold the rights to it and the person shown has agreed to be animated. Pictures of kids are for their parents or guardians to upload, nobody else.
Never upload:
- someone who has not agreed, or a public figure used to fool people;
- nudity, sexual material, gore, hate or anything illegal;
- pictures that break another person's copyright or privacy;
- images designed to harass, scam or pass as someone else.
Photos can be refused by us or by the model provider. When that happens, or a render fails, the credits for that clip go back to you on their own.
Rights in the clips
The photo stays yours. For the finished clip you get a personal right to download it, keep it and post it on social networks. Leaving the "public" switch on lets us show the clip in the site's gallery and in posts about the site; switch it off whenever you like. The music and choreography in the templates belong to other people, so each platform's own rules about sounds still apply when you post.
Fair use of the site
No scraping, flooding, reselling access, poking at payment flows or trying to get around our limits. Don't pass off a generated clip as genuine footage in a way that could hurt someone.
Limits on our promises
Everything is provided as it stands. We can't guarantee that each render works, that it looks real, or that the site is never down. Where the law allows it, the most we can owe you for any problem is what you paid us during the 12 months before it.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and big changes get a note here. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
