When Zany Emote Fortnite returns credits automatically, and how to get money back for an unused credit pack.
Last updated Oct 28, 2026
In force from 28 October 2026
Credits are bought in one-time packs and never run out on their own. This page explains when they come back to you, and when your money does.
A clip fails: credits return by themselves
If a clip can't be finished, because the video model rejects the photo, times out or errors, the 10 credits for that clip are put back on your balance automatically. You don't need to ask. Try another photo whenever you're ready.
Unused packs: a 7-day window
Had second thoughts after buying? If the credits from it are still unused, email us within 7 days of the purchase and we'll refund it to the original payment method. If part of the pack has been spent, we refund the unused share.
Clips you received
A clip that rendered successfully has used real computing time, so its credits aren't refundable just because the result wasn't what you hoped for. If something is clearly broken (a frozen or silent file, for example), write to us with the clip's link and we'll sort it out.
Free credits
The welcome credits on new accounts have no cash value and can't be refunded or transferred.
How to ask
Email support@zanyemotefortnite.com from your account's address with the date of purchase. Banks usually take a week or two to show the money back on your statement.
