Privacy Policy
What Zany Emote Fortnite collects when you make a clip, why, who processes it and how to get it deleted.

Short version: we keep what is needed to make and store your clips, we don't sell anything, and you can wipe it.
Information we hold
- Sign-in details. Your email address and name, plus a scrambled (hashed) password or the profile basics Google shares if you log in with it.
- Photos you upload. Each picture is resized, saved to our storage and sent to the video model so it can animate it.
- Clips you make. The finished MP4, a still frame for the thumbnail, which template you chose and whether the clip is public.
- Credit records. How many credits you have, how they were spent and refunded, and receipts for any pack you buy. Card numbers are handled by the payment company and never touch our servers.
- Basic technical data. IP address, browser type and timestamps, used for security, for stopping abuse (such as capping how many free credits one network can claim) and for simple usage counts.
Why we use it
To run your account, render and store your clips, show the public ones in the gallery, process purchases and refunds, answer support emails, and keep the site safe. We do not train AI models on your photos and we do not sell personal data.
Companies that help us
Your data is processed by a small group of providers: website hosting, a managed database, cloud file storage, the AI video service that performs the animation, and a payment processor when you buy credits. Each one only receives what its job requires. We'll also share information if the law genuinely obliges us to.
Public versus private
The photo you upload is never displayed to other visitors. A finished clip shows up in the public gallery only while its public switch is on. Turning it off, or deleting the clip, removes it from the gallery.
How long things stay
Your photos and clips remain until you delete them or close your account. Payment records are kept as long as tax rules require. Server logs are cleared on a rolling basis.
Your choices
You can download your clips, change their visibility or delete them from My videos at any time. To close the account and remove its data, or to see what we hold about you, email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Children
The site is meant for adults. A parent or guardian may upload a photo of their own child; children should not create accounts themselves.
Cookies
We use the cookies that keep you signed in and remember basic settings. If analytics are switched on, they count visits in aggregate; nothing is used for advertising profiles.
Changes
Updates to this policy will move the date at the top. Significant ones will be pointed out on the site.
