Credits
Packs, credits and refunds
How many credits does one Zany Emote Fortnite clip cost?
Ten credits per clip, whichever of the three Zany versions you pick. You get a vertical 720p MP4 with the sound on it and no watermark.
Is the first clip really free?
Yes. A new account starts with ten credits, which is one full clip, so you can see your photo do the emote before spending anything.
Do credits expire?
No. They sit in your balance with no deadline, whether you spend them tomorrow or next season.
What if a clip fails?
If the video model can’t finish a clip, the ten credits return to your balance automatically. You only pay for clips you actually receive.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each pack is a single payment with nothing recurring. Top up again whenever your balance reaches zero.
What if I change my mind about a pack?
Credits you haven’t spent can be turned back into money for a week after buying. The refund policy explains how.
